Our salads are peak-fresh for 4-5 days after delivery. We use airtight sealing technology and temperature-controlled shipping to ensure your greens stay crisp from our kitchen to your fridge.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can subscribe and save 10% on every order. Choose your delivery frequency—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—and swap flavors or cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
How is the food kept cold during shipping?
We ship our cups in insulated liners with eco-friendly gel packs designed to maintain a refrigerated temperature for up to 48 hours in transit.
Are the containers recyclable?
Absolutely. Our signature Gardencups are made from 100% BPA-free, recyclable plastic. We encourage you to rinse and recycle them or reuse them for meal prep at home.
Can I customize the ingredients in my cup?
To maintain our high standards of food safety and efficiency, we do not offer custom ingredient swaps. However, we offer a wide variety of recipes to cater to vegan, keto, and gluten-free diets.
What is your refund policy if my order arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
